Contract Administration: Assist in preparation of consultant agreements, travel authorization paperwork, etc.
Compliance: Ensure all expense reports have been filled out according to Abt, government and/or client standards; monitor compliance issues and ensure forms are complete and in accordance with Abt, government, client or/and local requirements.
Financial Administration: Process several operating expenses (consultant expense reports, subcontractor invoices, purchase requisitions, etc); follow up with accounting to ensure payments have been made. Monthly reporting and financial monitoring, track expenditures in Oracle and reclassify if necessary.
Budgeting and Revenue Planning: Assist in preparation of draft financial projections based on information from area project managers or project directors.
Cost Proposals: Assist in researching price and costing data.
Risk Analysis: Assist in preparation of financial data for risk reports.

Skills Prerequisites:
Preferred candidates will have excellent Excel skills and communication skills, high attention to detail, and should be comfortable in a dynamic environment.

Preferred candidates will be in their senior year of college studying finance, accounting or business management. Looking for a person to work up to 20 hours a week through spring 2013.
