Provides leadership and management for the design, update, implementation, maintenance, testing, evaluation, and documentation of Banner Financial Aid and related systems. Represents Financial Aid Office and RU for system administration. Administers the federal Quality Assurance program. Responsible for all reporting requirements.

Minimum Qualifications

Experience with report writing and automated systems. Demonstrated knowledge of University, State, and Federal policies/procedures. Excellent organizational, interpersonal, oral/written communication and customer service skills. Demonstrated working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Preferred Qualifications

Banner administrative software experience preferred. Financial Aid experience.
