The Financial Analyst II is responsible for following duties but not limited to:

Develop financial models that facilitate business decisions using Economic Profit (EP), and work with business groups to ensure proper usage and interpretation.

Work with Tennant internal customers to provide appropriate financial decision making on projects, which would include, but are not limited to, spending trends/patterns, activity analysis, cost reductions, capital project approvals, and other projects which improve EP.

Coordinate information collection of forecast and plan information with Tennant management.

Work closely with the Corporate Accounting group to develop management reports, reply to financial inquiries from internal customers, and understand/improve accounting procedures and practices.

Recommend and implement improved models for management reporting, forecasting, operational, and strategic planning that ensure ease, simplicity, and consistency.

Required Skills

Strong Excel modeling experience in a manufacturing company.
Excellent interpersonal and influencing skills.
Understanding of the dynamics of change management.
Experience with Economic Value Added financial measurement a plus.

Required Experience

B.S. degree in accounting or finance.

Minimum 2 to 5 years financial analysis experience.
