Receive incoming calls from Financial Consultants and their clients, other CCOISC traders/liaisons and self-directed clients and provide a superior quality customer service experience. Efficient, accurate and high volume trade execution in a time–sensitive environment, perform research and provide information using specific criteria to build bond ladders and price individual securities. Maintain a strong awareness of securities market activities. Maintain compliance with all applicable FINRA, SEC and state regulations, including TRACE & MSRB as well as ensure that all continuing education requirements are met to maintain securities licenses. Maintain high service, compliance and department metric standards and follow all COISC policies and procedures.
Bachelors' degree or equivalent job experience
2-4 years fised income / securities trading or sales experience
Understanding of investment industry regulations
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
FINRA Series 7, 63 and the ability to obtain the Series 53 licenses
Hours and Work Schedule
Hours per Week: 40
Work Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00AM-5:00PM
