Responsibilities:
  • Track and analyze monthly services costs and revenues for the post sales business unit
  • Prepare and distribute monthly internal management reporting, including: actual vs budget on post sales business unit, cost information by contract
  • Understand and track all the different costs of a post sales business unit and analyze potential cost reductions in the process
  • Monthly cash flow and revenue forecast for the post sales unit
  • Review, challenge and approve post sales figures before submission
  • Deep analysis of major part failures and statistical approach to forecast future costs
  • Work with Acciona field management to analyze the potential improvements in the service process and to explain variations on costs
  • Coordinate with different departments to gather information for the yearly budget
  • Aid business development through new tools and cost understanding
  • Lead the quoting team for over 1 GW of quotes a year through 4 sales directors in the US and Canada
  • Support business development in all RFP, customer information, and all other requests to help build the back log of projects
  • Coordinate North American quoting with the global initiatives
  • Support senior leadership team on ad hoc analysis and reports as required
  • Other duties as assigned by supervisor

Requirements:
  • BS in Accounting/Finance required; MBA strongly preferred
  • Demonstrated problem-solving and analytical abilities where problems are complex
  • Ability to identify areas of financial risk, inform management and develop contingency plans
  • Sound understanding of US accounting principles
  • High level of computer literacy to keep up with current analytical tools and monitor business performance; experience with, JD Edwards platform is a plus
  • Must me proficient in Microsoft Office package
  • Ability to work in an environment of continuous change and different challenges
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, ability to boil down trends into concise operational reports
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to interact with all levels of the staff within the company
  • Positive and professional attitude and strong leadership skills
  • 3-5 years business finance experience, with emphasis on financial analysis, budgeting and forecasting
