This position will support the Controller to provide management with accurate and timely financial information and analysis, identifying actions to grow business profitability, as well as improving operating costs for the division. Position will operate as a key finance lead and strategic business partner to the management team, brand marketing teams and other key business functions. Key areas of responsibility include financial planning and analysis, new product feasibility, business optimization, ongoing business reviews, commercial investment ROI analyses, and special projects.

BASIC/ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS: · BA/BS with major in Accounting or Finance, or BA/BS degree with coursework up to and including intermediate accounting
· Minimum 1- 3 years experience in Accounting/Finance
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: · Willingness to relocate for career advancement
· Food industry experience
STRONGLY PREFERRED TECHNICAL SKILLS: · Hands-on knowledge of US Generally Accepted Accounting Standards ( US GAAP) or International Accounting Standards ( IAS) assumptions, principles and constraints ( i.e. economic equity, going concern, monetary unit, periodic reporting, historical cost, revenue recognition matching, full disclosure, cost-benefit relationship, materiality, and conservatism)
· Demonstrated ability to design financial & non-financial measurements and key performance indicators ( KPI’s) to drive improved business performance
· Decision support skills
· Working knowledge of financial concepts & principles including cash flow, NPV, IRR, ROI, Economic Profit, etc.
· Ability to understand and communicate the drivers of product profit & loss
· Financial modeling skills
· Knowledge of the principles of cost accounting and activity-based costing
· Computer skills: MS Windows including intermediate Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; basic Access, and working knowledge of SAP
PREFERRED TECHNICAL SKILLS: · Investment justification skills, Project management skills
