Overview

:

Under general instructions, performs analysis of a moderately difficult nature. This position will keep management well-informed on a timely basis of progress, status and/or concerns for each assigned function.

This position requires an experienced professional with knowledge of financial concepts, principles and practices.

Must have the ability to effectively analyze and communicate, both verbally and in writing, financial information to management.

Key Accountabilities:
·

Receive Vendor hours for Time and Materials contracts and work orders

·

Build strong Vendor relationships and ensure Vendor submits hours in a timely manner

·

Compile and distribute Hourly Summary, Billing Summary and Contractor Expiration reports weekly to all business groups.

Maintain contractor resource Names, Rates, Contracts in RPL to support Planning

·

Compile and Process contractor accruals via upload process

·

Communicate to business groups and Vendor, guidelines and standards expected in contracts

·

Receive contract from Vendor and revise contract for standard legal and financial verbiage

·

Review/revise contract to ensure it is clearly stated to be for Time and Materials or Fixed-Fee

·

Ensure resource names/rates/duration are included in contract and that the total cost is reflected accurately, based on the information provided

·

Work with business groups to review/revise contract and advise business groups if Vendor does not clearly define deliverables or rates are above average

·

Communicate to business groups and Vendor about revisions and obtain all required executive approvals

·

Enforce contract terms and notify business groups when deviations occur

·

Train business groups with process as needed/requested

Skills

·

Bachelor’s degree preferred. In lieu of a Bachelor’s degree, we will accept equivalent in education, experience, or both

·

MS Office, particularly Word and Advanced Excel

·

Excellent analytical, organizational, multi-tasking, problem solving and time management skills with consistent attention to detail

·

Strong written and verbal communication skills

·

Effectively communicate ideas and information with peers, management, business partners, and stakeholders on a timely basis

·

Strong Teamwork skills (ability to effectively share ideas and solutions for work challenges)
