Financial Analyst

to join our team. Successful candidate will be responsible for assist with annual budgeting, monthly forecasting, financial and ad hoc reporting, business development activities including analyses and recommendations, system administration and interaction with others to achieve the organization┬┤s goals. This person facilitates a wide scope of financial and non-financial activities.

Essential Functions:
Assist with annual budgeting and monthly forecasting

Assist with analyses of the financial and operational results of the company

Prepare, analyze and disseminate monthly results

Build Excel-based models to assist in business development, analyses, budgeting, planning, etc.

Serve as backup for the Clarity Administrator to field requests for assistance

Aid Corporate and Field personnel by assisting them with financial results interpretation and problem resolution

Help train personnel, as necessary, to effectively utilize software and information systems within Finance

Assist with bank/business modeling

Deep dive of monthly results to explain variances and anomalies

Interact with Operations, Accounting, HR, IS, Sales & Marketing, and others to bring ideas to the business, explore/shape them, and help implement

Minimum Qualifications:

Two years Finance, Accounting or IT experience.

Strong math abilities to analyze situations, appreciate the importance of details, and produce useful information.

Intermediate (1 to 2 years) working knowledge of financial models.

Strong creative use of Excel to derive useful information to benefit financial and non-financial persons alike. Working knowledge of MS Word and PowerPoint.

Excellent written and verbal communication abilities are necessary to reach diverse corporate and field employees at 85+ locations across the U.S.

Ability to work overtime when your responsibilities require it
