Manages a variety of Finance projects and assists developing business plans for new programs and evaluating results of established programs. Provides support for routine financial projects including development, analysis and execution of the annual operating and capital budgets as well as the five-year plan. Provides comprehensive financial and statistical information and prepares and presents analytical reports related to costs, product lines, and reimbursement. Promotes a collaborative relationship with clinical and operations staff at all levels of the organization, through interactions as a Decision Support liaison and business advisor.

Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Accounting or Finance. Education Preferred: Master’s Degree in Business or related field; CPA and/or Healthcare Financial Management Association Certification a plus.
1+ years accounting or financial analytical experience with experience using cost accounting and financial information systems demonstrating an understanding of data and analysis. Computer proficiency (must be able to pass computer proficiency assessment) . Experience Preferred: Healthcare accounting experience using cost accounting and financial information systems. Budget Advisor/McKesson Star/Trendstar software experience. Experience with EPIC Electronic Health Record or similar electronic record systems.
