Minimum Qualifications

A bachelor’s degree in an appropriate area of specialization; or a high school diploma and four years of appropriate experience. Appropriate college coursework may substitute at an equivalent rate for the required experience. If minimum requirements of the position do not require post high school education, an applicant is not required to provide the information on the application.


Previous medical office using medical management systems, with experience in medical records, referrals and health insurance verification. Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel. Excellent customer service. Detail oriented and able to multi-task. Supervisory experience, college degree, skilled on PeopleSoft and PyraMED will be a plus

Special Conditions

Health Services employees are designated essential personnel and are expected to respond, as directed by their supervisor, to emergency or operational situations

This position does not require college credits.
