The Financial Information Systems Specialist interacts with the Department Heads and CFHA Team Members to provide the data and analysis necessary for effective financial management, labor management and budgeting. This position utilizes mathematical modeling skills to help optimize staff productivity, budget development, and financial analysis. Must have an ability to validate and reconcile to source systems and complete variance explanations on their findings. Responsibilities include micro level payroll and productivity analysis, custom productivity and labor management reports, labor management dashboard development and sustained implementation, analysis of hospital operations utilizing a variety of computerized reporting systems, budget modeling, and global drivers and impacts. Reports to the Manager, Decision Support. Bachelors degree is required. Required Intermediate to Advanced proficiency Microsoft Access and Excel, SQL. Proficient in computer software skills in areas of database management and word processing. 5 to 10 years of information management
