The Financial Planning & Analysis Intern will work closely with and support the Shared Service Business Controllers with forecasting, budgeting and monthly reporting for their respective areas and business owners, including IT, Finance, Customer Relations, Facilities, HR, and other services shared globally across the organization. Specific duties include:
Creation, management and upload of forecast and budget files in Oracle and Hyperion environments.
Reporting and analysis of monthly outturns and action highlighted items as indicated
Communication with various business owners regarding actions
Management and processing of monthly and ongoing adjustments to forecast and budget
Various ad hoc analyses of financial and operational data.

Must be currently enrolled college sophomore or higher majoring in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance and completing or taking course requirements for Accounting
Computer skills : MS Excel proficiency, working knowledge of MS Office
Ability to work at a computer for 4 hours+
