We are currently seeking a new team member to join an established and growing financial planning practice, a Financial Planning Associate. This position offers long term growth potential and the opportunity to work alongside respected Financial Advisors with more than 20 years in the field.
Financial Planning Associate:
• Assist in preparing financial planning reports for each client. Compiles data into planning software and/or spreadsheet format;
•Create and maintain client files in client management software, and other software programs as needed.
• Reconcile client accounts in software and keep balances current in conjunction with on-screen account and/or confirmation statement for accounts at all times;
•Assist in the collection and consolidation of required information and data. Perform data analysis, testing, data entry, and process mapping.
" Experience Requirements include: •Bachelor°s degree (BA/BS) from four-year college or university; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. •Experience with Microsoft Office suite of products, particularly Microsoft Excel, and familiarity with CRM software. The Financial Planning Associate position requires excellent analytical skills and attention to detail. The ability to succeed in a team environment using strong interpersonal skills is a must.
