TASC is seeking a Financial Program Analyst to join our team of qualified, diverse individuals. This position will be located in Fort George G. Meade, MD.

The qualified applicant will become provide program status, budget, and planning support to a Department of Defense (DoD) organization’s Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance Portfolio Management Office (ISR PMO), Office of Director of National Intelligence (ODNI), and Office of Under Secretary of Defense for Intelligence (USD/I) acquisition projects.

Roles and Responsibilities:
Responsible for gathering data for Government compilation and reporting of programs and budgets

Preparing presentations and other materials to support tactical SIGINT functions with ISR PMO

Provide program and budget development support to supported government projects

Draft point papers, briefing charts, spreadsheets, memos, and other documents within prescribed timelines for government review and analysis

Interpret requests for data and facts; acquire, analyze, and prepare presentations of program budget data for use in government decision making

Required Skills

Minimum Qualifications:
To be considered for this position, you must minimally meet the knowledge, skills, and abilities listed below:

Demonstrated 6 years combined experience in federal government acquisition disciplines, budget, finance, accounting, and analysis and execution of progressively more responsible assignments.

Experience in typical program control functions for DoD acquisition programs.

Experience working with the DoD Planning Programming Budget System (PPBS) process

Experience in preparation of reports that reflect programs/project status in areas of cost, schedule, and performance.

Experience in budget planning, budget preparation, and budget execution for acquisition programs.


Some travel required, not to exceed 20%.


An active TS/SCI with polygraph clearance is required.


Bachelor's Degree is required.
