If you’ve ever ordered anything, you know how frustrating it can be to have a miscommunication between request and delivery. From getting a salad instead of a cheeseburger, to receiving only one week’s inventory when you need enough for a month, no one enjoys spending time and money for inaccurate results. As Viaero’s Financial Receiving Clerk you’ll be the extra set of eyes and ears for our departments and vendors. While a typical day may involve going over purchase orders and invoices with the Warehouse team, you’ll also help maintain our accounting systems, process company credit card transactions, and organize our records. By keeping our internal and external clients in sync, you’ll help Viaero continue to deliver amazing service to our customers.

Minimum Qualifications
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Word and Access. Solomon software experience (including FRX.and Doclink) and other accounting software highly desirable. Excellent oral and written communications skills. Ability to work independently and to utilize your time effectively. Ability to research and evaluate situations for action. Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines in stressful situations.
