Works with matrix partners..Work independently to monitor, audit and analyze a block of client accounts in multiple financial and business systems applications, including SAP CD sub ledger. Must be able to resolve complex financial issues and make independent decisions. Reconcile, analyze and document multiple general ledger balance sheet accounts that may include Treasury cash working accounts. Makes independent decisions regarding credits and debts, notifications and communication on client receivables. Analyze account variances and provide supporting documentation to Denver Accounting group. Prepare documentation supporting recurring and non-recurring manual and automated journal entries. Prepare detailed financial reports related to receivables, such as bad debt expense and projections, credit risk, and the allowance calculation. Analyzes daily Automated Clearing House (ACH) tap files prior to sending to Treasury and the bank. Conduct audits on various ledger and business applications' balances for accuracy and financial controls. Must work paper all supporting documentation for internal and SOX controls. Participate in the testing of financial applications. Must demonstrate strong constructive external and internal communication skills..
