To provide financial services product education and sales skills development to field sales leaders, Exclusive Agencies, Exclusive Financial Specialists, and other approved channels that will enable these individuals to effectively generate sales of financial services products.

Identify, develop and implement financial services education strategies for Exclusive Agents, Exclusive Financial Specialists, Licensed Sales Producers, and field sales leaders.

Analyze correlation between training programs and field sales personnel performance.

Apply findings to the development of appropriate educational and training programs to meet specific needs.

Consult with Home Office departments to determine appropriate curriculum design.

Consult with internal and external resources to implement various modules of orientation and advanced sales education programs.

Consult with Exclusive Agents, Exclusive Financial Specialists and Field Sales Leaders and test their product knowledge and sales skills.

Develop and present financial services training.

Provide product knowledge and sales assistance and support to PFR’s and field sales leaders when requested.

Create an environment where all employees are treated with dignity and respect while ensuring adherence to compliance issues and Company standards.

Treat Exclusive Agents and Exclusive Financial Specialists in a manner consistent with their respective agreements with the Company.


Position requires Series 6 and 26 and any others as deemed appropriate by the company
