JOB PURPOSE: Job will entail preparation of bank’s annual financial report in coordination with accounting area. Where appropriate will also be assigned accounting duties for non reporting periods.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: The Specialist will be responsible for a variety of regulatory reports. Continual attention to detail, accuracy, and consistency of reporting are required.
Regulatory Report Preparation, including:
OCC Call Report
Federal Reserve Reports:
FRY 9LP – Parent Company Only Financial Statements for Large Bank Holding Companies
FRY 9C – Consolidated Financial Statements for Bank Holding Companies
FRY 8 – Report of Insured Depository Institution
FRY 10 – Report of Changes in Organizational Structure
FRY 6 – Annual Report of Bank Holding Company
FDIC Reports:
Annual Report of Deposits
Must be highly organized and efficient. Will prepare risk based capital computations, monitor proposed revisions to regulatory reports and advise management of changes as needed, create reports from Core System data to assist in completion of schedules, update policies and procedures related to job function. Provide information for annual audit and regulatory exams as required.

JOB REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s degree in accounting or equivalent experience. CPA preferred. Prior banking experience or CPA firm experience in completion of regulatory reports. Proficient and experienced in Excel, Word, and Regulatory Reporting Software. Ability to organize and prioritize work without direction form supervisor. Ability to work with multiple priorities and still meet deadlines. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work seasonal overtime as need to meet requirements. Extended hours sitting and performing computer tasks may be required. Bilingual encouraged to apply. EOE
