Title: Firmware Test Engineer

Nytec is looking for a highly organized and skillful Firmware Test Engineer on a hardware test team. She/he should understand how digital architecture works but be able to code as well.

Candidate should have a proven track record of working on high volume consumer and innovative hardware products to participate in the qualification and validation of hardware.

• Excellent FW and SW test planning

• Understanding of test coverage principles and how to apply

• FW and system test procedures writing

• Test tool definition

• SDET skills

• Fluent in both C and C++

• C/C++ development in an embedded software environment, object oriented experience.

• Direct interaction with hardware - use of Oscilloscopes and bench instruments as necessary.

• Test automation

Education: BSEE/MSEE
