    • irst Impression Specialist
      position requires a genuine interest in current and prospective clients, visitors and co-workers and the ability to project a cheerful and positive impression regardless of the circumstances. In addition the First Impression Specialist will also be required to assist with varied administrative duties inclusive of backup assistance to other administrative staff.

      Primary Responsibilities include but are not limited to :
      · Ability to professionally and effectively handle communications with internal personnel as well as external clients providing excellent client service skills
      · Develop and maintain the technology skills required to function at peak efficiency, participating in training programs as required
      · Provides additional administrative assistance to the Health Care/Tax Exempt West Team
      · Consistently be present at the front desk in order to greet visitors promptly and professionally
      · Provide enthusiastic, responsive service to all internal and external personnel
      · Develop and maintain recognition of internal and external personnel– referring to them by title or name
      · Ensure that all visitors sign in/out on reception visitor log
      · Maintain an attractive reception area and conference rooms to ensure they are kept neat and organized throughout the day
      · Answer general inquiries where appropriate or refer visitors to the most appropriate staff member if unable to assist directly
      · Assist in all other administrative areas as needed
      · Adheres to the highest degree of professional standards and strict client/firm confidentiality
      Required skills:
      Knowledge of typical office methods and procedures, filing, telephone techniques, and office equipment, as well as business English usage, spelling, grammar, and punctuation
      · Strong customer service skills are essential
      · Enthusiastic, positive, warm personality is required
      · Strong verbal and interpersonal skills
      · Ability to multi-task, take direction, but also work independently
      · Superior level of accuracy in work and attention to detail
      · Expertise in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook Organizational skills
      Education and experience:
      3+ years of administrative, reception or relevant experience
      · 3+ years of proven customer service success
      This is a full-time opportunity located in Rochester, New York. Office hours are 8am - 5pm (summer hours 8-am – 5:30pm M-Th; 8am – 12pm Friday)
