Territory: NW Metro Area & St. Cloud

The Fleet Sales Representative will grow lubricant, fuel and ancillary sales & gross margin to exceed objectives for assigned territory. This is a revenue generating position that interacts daily with customers and a variety of employees. A strong sense of organization is required. The Fleet Sales Representative will be expected to organize, manage, and develop a relationship with customers in their territory. They will gain knowledge of industry, products and services. This position will represent and communicate Lube-Tech products, services, policies, procedures, and programs to the customer.

Key Responsibilities for the Position:
  • Function within the guidelines of the Lube-Tech “Team Ground Rules” and Mission Statement
  • Drive to exceed annual sales and profit objectives
  • Develop coordinated & efficient call schedule for territory
  • Attend and participate in sales and training meetings
  • Develop long-lasting relationships with customers
  • Organize and efficiently manage sales territory
  • Implement company policies and initiatives
  • Work with Supplier representatives
  • Provide technical information and solutions to Customers
  • Secure and document competitive information
  • Continued product and general skills education
  • Submit all required reports and information in a timely manner
  • Work with all company personnel in a spirit of cooperation and teamwork
  • Assist with credit collections

Qualifications:
  • High school/GED required, Bachelors degree preferred
  • Working knowledge of the heavy-duty off road, on road and/or heavy-duty service segments
  • Working knowledge of the diesel fuel segment
  • Understanding of fleet industry and standards is required
  • Experience in selling heavy-duty fleet lubricants, fuel and diesel exhaust fluid is preferred
  • Knowledge of major supplier (ie Mobil, Chevron, Shell) is preferred
  • Professional work manner
  • Great interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Attention to detail
  • iPad skills and working App knowledge preferred
  • Travel required as necessary to perform job
