Supervise all aspects of team operations for CBFS team serving 122 consumers: Provide direct supervision to designated staff members. Lead Team Meetings and conduct training sessions for team members; Ensure that team activities are delivered in compliance with CARF, Medicaid Rehab Option, and Dept. of Mental Health licensing regulations. Remain current with all forms of client documentation as required by Bay Cove and regulatory agencies. Meet as needed with team members to review clinical documentation including Assessments,IAP's (treatment plans)Service Notes; responsible for collecting and reporting outcome measures. Oversight of service planning process in coordination with Service Planning Coordinator. Develop plan for assuring records are maintained in the required time frame and meet division standards. Assist staff in writing client documentation as needed and maintain working relationship with residential staff including Housing Team Leaders and Site Managers.
Master's Degree in psychology, social work, or related field. Five years experience providing services to adults with mental illness, supervising staff and managing programs. Demonstrated expertise in developing and writing IAP documentation according to Medicaid Rehab Option, CARF, and Dept. of Mental Health licensing standards. Ability to effectively integrate clinical understanding into IAP documentation, including diagnostic and psychopharmacologic information. Proficiency in word processing and other computer functions. Demonstrated supervisory and management experience. Demonstrated professional communication and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
