Provides service to aircraft passengers in high end corporate travel. Ensures safety and comfort during flight.

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Actively and consistently support all efforts to simplify and enhance the customer experience

Ensures compliance with Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Regulations.

Works in accordance with established procedures and performance standards.

Ensures safety and comfort of our customers.

Greets passengers in a positive manner, and verifies passenger list.

Explains all safety equipment and verify that passengers are following safety signs and procedures.

Manages inventory, purchases and stocks aircraft supplies, including but not limited to, lavatory, safety equipment, linens, dishes, serving ware, games, reading materials, and individual passenger items to ensure that aircraft has all safety and service equipment/goods to anticipate the needs of passengers.

Cooks, assembles, arranges and serves various styles of food without dependence on third party caterers. Hot and cold meal preparation required.

Performs safety equipment checks.

Cleans and tidies cabin area and lavatory to provide pleasant atmosphere.

Purchases and prepares catering for in-flight consumption.

Designs and presents menus for traveling executives and guests, serving food and beverages with attention to high quality presentations.

Works independently, but also work well with others in the flight crew and ground staff.

Assists flight crew as needed, especially in the event of an emergency.

Assists customers with carry-on items.

Travels to company sponsored training seminars that involve cooking, medical first aid, and survival training on a yearly basis.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
Amenable to taking direction from Charter management as well as company pilots
Exacting standards of dress in regard to personal attire and/or corporate flight uniforms as chosen by company
Ability to handle pressure in stressful situations
Ability to perform basic math calculations accurately

Education
Associates Degree preferred
Possess Airline Transport Pilot Certificate with appropriate ratings
Possess and maintain FlightSafety International (FACTs) Training International Flight Attendant Emergency Procedures and Service Training within the previous 12-months

Related Work Experience
2-4 years of flight experience in high end corporate flight operations servicing business jet cabins of 10 seats or more

Certifications and/or Licenses
Fulfill a Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) required ten-year work history review, a criminal background check and submit to fingerprinting

WORKING CONDITIONS
Willing to work holidays, weekends, nights and extended hours
Willing to work "reserve" status for a long duration
