At Quest Diagnostics Incorporated, we understand urgency. But more than speed, we focus our energies on accuracy. Currently, we seek a Flight Attendant.

  • The Flight Attendant is accountable to the PIC to carry out specified Safety duties in the event of an on-board emergency.
  • Due to the sensitivity and confidential information being discussed on the company aircraft, the Flight Attendant for Quest Diagnostics will be required to sign NDA and must adhere to the company confidentiality rules that apply to sensitive company information.
  • The Flight Attendant is responsible for the safety of the passengers and will make sure that the passengers are briefed before every flight on the following:
    • Location and operation of all emergency, lifesaving, first aid and survival equipment carried onboard
    • Location of the fire extinguishers
    • Use of oxygen breathing equipment due to decompression
    • Operation of aircraft doors and exits
    • evacuation during during take off and landing
    • Use of seat belts, takeoff, landing and rough air
    • Emergency procedures for ditching aircraft in water
  • The Flight Attendant will be responsible for ordering catering, food preparation and serving to company executives on the company flights.
  • All cabin inventory on the company aircraft will be maintained by the Flight Attendant.
  • During the executive trip the house keeping duties for the aircraft will be the responsibilities of the Flight Attendant.
  • The dress code for the Flight Attendant will conservative professional attire.
  • A four year college is required
  • Minimum of five years as a flight attendant on commercial or private corporate aircraft.
  • The job requires extensive travel
  • Security background required
  • Drug test required
  • Job requires working all shifts
  • Job requires lifting medium weights
  • Job requires extensive background in food preparation skills
  • Flight Attendant Flight Safety trained or equivalent
  • For each type aircraft a flight attendant must be knowledgeable of :
  • The authority of the pilot in command
  • Efficient communication
  • Crew resource management
  • Safely moving in the vicinity of aircraft
  • Passenger briefing
  • Location and operation of all emergency, lifesaving, first aid and survival equipment carried onboard
  • Location and operation of the fire extinguishers
  • The effects of decompression
  • Operation of aircraft doors and exits
  • Evacuation procedures
  • Use of oxygen equipment
  • donning and use of protective breathing equipment
  • Securing the aircraft cabin
  • Applicable aircraft checklists and SOPs
