The Scheduler prepares training schedules for existing and new customers to support the delivery skyline of airplane customers and direct sale customers. The Scheduler is responsible for the efficient, optimal, and cost-effective allocation of all appropriate Flight, Maintenance, and Cabin Safety training resources (such as simulators, classrooms, laboratories, instructors, etc.) based on the requirements identified in the training program and Resource Planning Conference. The Scheduler is responsible identifying possible alternatives to satisfy the training program requirements. These alternatives can include, but are not limited to other Training and Flight Services training sites, third party training sites, and third party instructor resources when desired/feasible. These activities directly affect/impact the revenue stream of the Training and Flight Services organization.
The Scheduler develops integrated training program schedules across company functional and product groups, suppliers and partners as indicated above, developing a daily action plan based on the requirements identified and in conjuction with the plan baseline constraints established by the Resource Planning Manager. The Scheduler is responsible for coordinating (at a team level) with all stakeholders involved and for communicating/coordinating all changes to the training schedule to ensure integration of the training program.
The Scheduler is responsible for analyzing risks and opportunities to the s Prefer Mandarin language capabilities for 3rd shift. AA degree in related discipline and typically 3 or more years of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
