Responsibilities: • Perform administrative functions such as making travel arrangements, coordinating activities and meetings, preparing expense reports and processing invoices. • Maintains executive calendar, arranges appointments, contacts personnel and coordinate meetings. • Assist in crafting letters and correspondence. • Answer telephone and exchange routine information; properly routing calls and taking messages. Screens telephone callers, determining who can be directed to other personnel. • Independently responds to inquiries, verbally or in writing. Frequent contact with company executives and with executive personnel outside of company. • Perform routine clerical duties, such as sorting, filing, distributing mail, making copies, and mailing routine form letters. • Organizes and maintains executive files; often of major importance to the company. • Prioritizes work to meet deadlines with minimal guidance as to established times. • Orders supplies for department.

Qualifications: • Minimum of 3-5 years experience in an administrative capacity. • High stress environment; ability to balance and perform with competing priorities. Multi-task, work with confidential work products. • Effectively and efficiently take and prepare meeting minutes. • Food service and/or Hospitality experience is preferred. • Computer savvy. Demonstrated proficiency in the use of MS Office. Additional software - graphics, imaging, and photo a plus; strong PowerPoint proficiency a plus. • Exceptional communication skills to include strong writing abilities and verbal communication. • The ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment. • Ability to think and strategize with the team. • Independent candidate that demonstrates initiative and foresight of management's needs. • High level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations. Position requires demonstrated poise, tact and diplomacy. • Attention to detail in composing, typing and proofing materials, establishing priorities and meeting deadlines. • Team-oriented, professional demeanor, and an independent worker.
