Food and Beverage Attendant
Responsible for the set-up, stocking and providing service to individuals visiting food outlet. Complies with all department rules, regulations, policies, procedures and internal controls. Provides outstanding customer and employee service at all times. Must present a neat and clean appearance at all times. Performs other duties as assigned.
Properly stock and maintain outlet. Complies with all department rules, regulations, policies, procedures and internal controls and any local, state, federal rules and regulations. Provides courteous, prompt and efficient service to each customer. Prepare food and maintains a sanitary work place. Input all sales on the P.O.S. system and accept cash, coupons, comps, or any other acceptable form of payment in settlement of sale. Balances the register at the end of shift and return bank at completion of shift. Attends periodic meetings and training sessions.
Physical and Mental
Ability to stand, walk, stoop, bend, reach and stretch. Ability to lift at least 50 lb. and is physically strong. Ability to communicate effectively in English (orally and in writing) and must be able to follow instructions.
High School or equivalent diploma. Must also have strong math skills. High volume cash register experience. Friendly, outgoing, congenial and a team player. Must be certified and must have an ABC license. Must be certified or become certified by any state, city or country agency having jurisdiction over the employee's area of operation. Must complete Training and/or certification by any applicable franchisor. Minimum of 18 years old and have the ability to obtain a license pursuant to the NY State Lottery regulations.
