ESSENTIAL JOB RESULTS
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential job result satisfactorily. The employee is responsible for the following “job results”.
Ensures guest satisfaction
Making drinks, taking orders, picking up food from the kitchen and giving prompt and
Maintains good employee relations
Providing prompt and accurate service when fixing drinks for wait staff and helping out
Ensures the guest gets the best product available
Keeping a clean bar
Cutting fresh fruit
Having plenty of change on hand
Having knowledge of the best product
Calling to re-stock product
Ensures guest safety
By being aware of when a guest has reached intoxication and following through with making
sure that they do not receive any more drinks and have a safe way home
Identifies guest is of legal age
Asking for identification and following proper ABC Laws
Ensures guest satisfaction
Being knowledgeable about the resort
Ensures proper distribution of revenue
Making sure all close out reports are filled out properly
Ensuring that money, credit cards and checks are balanced correctly at the end of the shift
Maintains good personal hygiene
Pressing uniform, wearing nametag and being well groomed when arriving for a shift
Contributes to team effort
Accomplishing related results as needed

Any Intrawest employee who operates a company vehicle including cars, trucks, snowcats, snowmobiles, or heavy equipment is required to comply with the Intrawest Driver’s Standards Policy. This policy also applies to employees driving their personal vehicles for company business more than four times per month, averaging 30+ miles per trip. All drivers should receive a full copy of the Intrawest Driver’s Standards Policy; if you have not – please contact your Risk/Safety or HR/EE Department.

Education: High School Diploma or general education degree (GED)
Specific Experience: bartending experience
Length of Experience: 1 year

Food Handlers Card
This position has no supervisory responsibilities.
GENERAL LANGUAGE & REASONING ABILITY
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Requires the ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.
