Grand Superior Lodge in Two Harbors, MN is seeking a Food & Beverage Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of Splashing Rock Restaurant.
The Food & Beverage Manager should ensure an effective and efficient operation of restaurant activities including maintaining proper inventories, monitoring employee performance, training and scheduling staff, controlling costs, managing flow, and overseeing all banquet operations while ensuring the restaurant is performing to top standards.
Previous management success in the food and beverage industry required.
