The Food & Beverage Manager is responsible for leading the F&B functions in the hotels through a competent management staff. He/She is responsible for creating revenue programs that focus on growth and maximization, controlling costs, protecting and increasing profitability, service standards and quality levels for the food and beverages provided. The F&B Manager is also responsible for creating new food and beverage concepts and negotiating and implementing national purchasing agreements for F&B products used at the resort. This individual will enhance the guest expeience and satisfaction while protecting the asset.

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred.

  • At least 2 years of progressive experience in a hotel or related field.

  • Must have knowledge of F&B preparation techniques, health department rules and regulations, liquor laws and regulations.
