This position is responsible for the management of the hotels food & beverage operation

- specifically Market Café, Room Service and Market To Go department operations. Responsibilities include but are not limited to staffing, training, scheduling employees, payroll and financial management, planning and coordinating all F&B daily operations, directing and overseeing restaurant and bar activities, as well as other management to ensure efficient operation of the department. In addition, this position will provide leadership and communication to all supervisory staff as well as team members working in the above mentioned outlets.

Required Skills & Experience:
  • Must have experience in, and able to train and motivate staff
  • Must be able to work under pressure
  • Must be able to work in hot outdoor climate
  • Must maintain high standards of service
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Must be customer service oriented and have excellent hospitality skills
  • Must be available to work any shift and must be available to work weekends and holidays
  • Must obtain a food handlers card

  • Ability to multitask
  • Ability to make decisions on imperfect information
  • Must be decisive
  • Fluent in English
Minimum 2 years of F&B Management experience, Degree in Hospitality
