SCOPE/ DIMENSIONS OF ROLE
The Food International Trade & Marketing Manager plays a key role within the International French’s & RedHot food brands supporting the International Sale Director, the VP of Food Marketing and the Country Managers. The role will focus in developing trade marketing strategies to implement in the short term with key markets and distributors while developing a brand strategy for long-term expansion including an innovation pipeline.
This individual will lead the coordination & interaction with all the departments to support the development and implementation of International management strategies for the food brands expansion within the RB Food Division.

Own the region P&L
Develop growth strategies for all the food brands in the region as well as the innovation pipeline.
Execute global support models by tailoring them into local market needs
Develop and execute trade marketing strategies based on 4 P executions with key markets and distributors
Manage International Financial planning, tracking as well as trade & marketing funds.
Take the lead roll in the International Budget & Forecast planning for – Food unique SKU’s ( Ex. Spanish Labels)
Partner with the Food Category team to develop a global innovation pipeline.
Execute & Monitor key projects and market priorities
Key contact for the Legal, Trademark & Regulatory teams with regards to all International requirement activities to comply with the different country requirements
Develop & maintain the International Price lists (price increases, new and discontinued products) and the International product catalog
Develop and maintain all the International unique labels required for exporting the products
Obtain documents required to register product in different markets
Obtain documents from various governmental agencies which are required to be included with shipments

The business language in Reckitt Benckiser is English, therefore fluency in this language is essential.
A Master’s degree strongly desired
Prior work experience in Brand Management and Trade Marketing
Fluent in Spanish is mandatory with some Portuguese as a plus.
