TheFood Services Manager assures timeliness and appropriateness of services – patient, special functions and cafeteria.
Prepares reports and documents/evaluations on a timely basis. Analyzes, coordinates, assigns and observes the flow of work in accordance with hospital goals/policy and departmental policy.
*AA degree in food service management or related field preferred
*Completion of approved DSS program DMA, DTR or DSS certificate
*Previous supervisory experience
*Excellent organizational ability
*Excellent communication skills
*Ability to work effectively with others
*Must be able to multi task and work with time deadlines
