General Summary:
This position contributes to the success of the Pepsi Beverages Company by supporting local day-to-day sales and service opportunities.
Major Tasks, Key Responsibilities and Key Accountabilities:
Achieve Respond & Recover targets; knows how and is able to resolve customer issues Pricing
MEM (including moves & exchanges); Clear understanding of MEM and vending Credit/Billing/COD
Account file maintenance
POS
Pepsi Direct inquiry issue resolution and communication
Leverages PBC selling tools; P.E.P.S.I., SalesPAD, etc to provide superior customer service
Develop R&R/PD inquiry customers
PepsiRewardsPlus
Contract tracking & execution
Distribution voids
Manages internal process requirements efficiently and effectively
Manages daily execution by knowing the business and focusing on the customer Demonstrates personal accountability while adhering to PBC's values
Communicates clearly with customers as well as other PBC functions Basic Job Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree and/or equivalent work experience
Preferred Job Qualifications: :
A minimum of 2 years of fact-based selling experience
Food Service or consumer packaged goods experience
