Food Service Worker I
Under the direction of the Food Service Director and Food Service Supervisor, performs a variety of duties and tasks related to the assembly and distribution of patient meals.
Education: High school diploma or equivalent and/or required work experience. Experience: Minimum six (6) months of foodservice experience required or currently enrolled in a Food Service Management course with a minimum of one semester completed. Hospital setting preferred. Training: None required. License / Certification: Current County of San Bernardino Food Handlers Card, ServSafe, or successfully passed a food safety certification examination accredited by the American National Standards Institute. Orientation: Department Orientation within 30 days of hire date D00045.
