: The Food Service Worker-Utility working in the Food and Nutrition Unit under the general guidance of the Group Leader and the direct supervision of the Food Service Supervisor - Tray Assembly, performs specific dishwashing duties as assigned for sanitation of all china, trays, cradles and coffee urns, silverware, etc. used for patient meals. Responsible for sanitation and maintenance of dish machine and related equipment used in cook/chill.
