Purpose of Job:
To perform activities related to the preparation, assembly, distribution and service of patient meals and strive to continually improve our service.
II. Essential Functions:
1. Prepares and assembles food items for patient meals.
Cleans and sanitizes equipment, utensils, the actual kitchen facility under the direction of the supervisor.
