DUTIES : The incumbent serves as the Food Service worker and is assigned to rotating shifts for: cold food, nourishment unit, tray assembly, tray delivery, cafeteria, dish washing, pot washing, cleaning and sanitation. This individual is responsible for high quality food techniques following HACCP guidelines.
