To support our company’s strategic initiatives and continued growth, we are currently seeking top talent to join our Food Service Department as a Food Service Operational Efficiencies Coordinator.
The Food Service Operational Efficiencies Coordinator will be responsible for assisting the Director of Foodservice and the AIM (Accelerated Inside Margin) team in executing field projects and to coordinate weekly sales/shrink/margin reporting for analysis by buyers and foodservice director.
Duties include but are not limited to:
Partnering with field personnel to provide all training and communication about new programs and responsible for sharing best practices with all operators
Troubleshooting day to day problems associated with new programs
Reporting on new program success by targeting sales performance-also responsible for providing reports on scan data and margin/shrink
Maintaining foodservice planograms
Created and develops new training aid material, i.e. Foodservice program rollouts
Responsible for raising performance of underperforming stores and becoming project shrink master
Closely monitor reporting processes for current programs at the store level
Representing field operations within marketing
Proficient Computer Skills, experience within Microsoft Excel
Experience in Store operations a must. Minimum of 2 years experience, exception made for recent college grad with desired degrees
Multi-Tasker with ability to prioritize and problem solve
Positive attitude; experience interacting with all levels of company employees.
