Key Responsibilities:
• Hire, Train, and Develop associates with outstanding service skills
• Implement tools, systems and procedures to increase efficiency and communication
• Generate and increase food and beverage revenues through lunch and dinner service, banquets, weddings and special events.
Qualifications:
• High School Diploma required; Bachelors’ Degree (BA) preferred
• One to two years related experience and/or training
• Food Safety and Applicable Sanitation Training; Alcohol Awareness Training
• Working knowledge of computer systems, POS systems, Excel and Word required
