The Lawyers Club, which is located on the west side of the Law Quadrangle, can accommodate 227 J.D. and LL.M. students; almost half of our first-year students choose to live here. Thanks to a generous donation from Charles T. Munger of Berkshire Hathaway, the Lawyers Club reopens in Fall 2013 after a year of extensive renovations. The newly renovated space offers single rooms with private or semi-private bathrooms and 11 corridor lounges.
Law Club Dining Service is a Managed Operation.
The successful candidate must work in the unique environment of a managed operation. Service to the Law School is constantly reviewed and evaluated by the client. The presence of University Housing as a manager of the Lawyers Club and the Lawyers Club Dining Service is on a contract basis, susceptible to continuous judgment as to quality and value of the service in exchange for the fee.
