The eCommerce Producer is responsible for supporting website operations thru delivery of a premier online shopping and brand experience. This role is responsible for project coordination, point of contact with 3rd party vendors, service level agreements monitoring, customer service brand support and operations reporting.
Essential Duties / Responsibilities:
Project manages the timely execution of site updates, email campaigns and digital marketing programs. Coordinate the development of creative content and new site enhancement releases. Perform necessary testing before any release to the market place.
Communicate regularly with 3rd party vendor for running day to day website operations.
Maintain eCommerce calendar for site updates, email campaigns and other initiatives impacting the digital flagship store. Ensure all appropriate business partners are kept up to date on the latest eCommerce calendar. Execute deliverables to deadlines.
Monitor third-party receiving and customer service response, ensuring service levels are within brand standards as well as trouble shoot processing issues as they arise.
Conduct competitive analyses, staying abreast of industry best practices, integrating learnings into the overall brands website strategy.
Prepare KPI and business operation reports. Analyze web analytics information for optimizing traffic and sales.
Identify and develop new features/functionality for website enhancements that improve conversion rate and user experience.
Enhance department and organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
Establish and maintain professional relationships and demeanor at all times. Treat coworkers and members of management with courtesy and respect at all times.
