Have at least 2 years experience as a Freight Broker Agent or dispatcher
HS Diploma with experience; Marketing degree a plus
Great Negotiation skills
Strong Organizational and computer skills
Able to multi task
Excellent communicator (bilingual is a plus)
Team player and ability to work independently
