Front Desk Agent/Night Audit Relief for Full service hotel.
As the Front Desk Agent your responsibility is to make reservations, check guests in and out of the hotel, to treat the guests in a professional manner, and to demonstrate a high level of customer service. Additionally you will need to perform the night audit on an as needed basis using the Micros Opera front desk system. Specifically you perform the following:
Enthusiastically greet guests upon arrival, making them feel welcomed and comfortable.
Check guests in and out of their rooms
Collect payment from guests
Make reservations and assign rooms
Proactively Solve guest issues and provide guests with a high level of satisfaction
Perform the night audit as needed
Previous hotel front desk experience is preferred. Must have stellar customer service skills.
Must have high school education. Additional education / training a plus.
Reliable, friendly, and able to make guests feel welcomed and cared for.
Passionate about excellent customer service with thorough follow up and attention to details.
Professionalism in work, dress, behavior, attitude, appearance to work with public.
Effective English communication skills. Multilingual a plus!
Good math and computer skills and able to use hotel software.
Able to stand for extended periods
Able to maintain a calm demeanor (i.e. challenging customers, emergency situations, etc.).
