DESCRIPTION

The Front Desk Agent is responsible for providing and ensuring guest satisfaction and revenue optimization through check-in and check-out at all times. Responsible for all aspects of hotel service responses to guest requests, maintain and monitor help desk program (provide information on hotel amenities, activities, local area attractions/events, directions, etc.) Prior cash handling experience necessary and must be computer proficient. Must maintain a clean and neat work environment at all times. Must be able to work any hours between 6AM and 11PM, Monday through Sunday. May include holidays.

QUALIFICATIONS

High school or equivalent education required. Prior Front Desk in a Hotel environment preferred. One to two years in a public contact position. EOE/M/F/D/V/Drug-Free Workplace/MUST BE AUTHORIZED TO WORK IN THE UNITED STATES
