Front Desk Clinic Coordinator is responsible for all aspects of client and clinical support such as answering multi-phone lines, triaging calls, scheduling clinic appointments check-in and check-out of patients and quality assurance of patient charts.
Essential Job Functions:
This is a client/front desk orientated role that provides administrative and clinical support to clients and staff face to face, telephonically and by email. This position requires a solution oriented multi-tasker with an eye for accuracy and detail. Must have exceptional ability carry out verbal and written communication with a high degree of professionalism. Essential functions include answering and triaging multi-phone lines, scheduling clinic appointments and accurate maintenance of electronic and patient record maintenance. This position requires intermediate computer skills in MS Word, Excel, Outlook and Adobe.
This is a 40/hr week position.
Other duties as necessary.
Job Requirements - Education and Training:
High school education required.
Fluent with Microsoft Office Programs.
