POSITION PROFILE
The Front Desk Host is responsible for providing a safe and luxurious experience for all hotel guests. The Front Desk Host provides a warm welcome to arriving guests, fulfills guests’ needs throughout their stay, and wishes a fond farewell upon departure. The Front Desk Host is also the guests’ first stop for information about the hotel, billing, food and beverage outlets and San Francisco in general.
REQUIREMENTS
Previous hotel experience is required; luxury hotel experience is preferred
Friendly, outgoing personality and strong customer service skills
Excellent communication skills; ability to communicate effectively in English with guests and coworkers
Must be able to work well both independently and in a team setting
Schedule flexibility to work days and nights based on business demands
