BusinesSuites is an executive suite company based in Austin, Texas. We currently have an opening for a Front Desk Receptionist at our location in Owings Mills, MD. We are looking for candidates who enjoy customer service, are professional, and would be comfortable in a challenging but supportive work environment.
Our Front Desk Receptionists are required to have the following skills and qualifications:
• 3 to 5 years of executive administrative experience
• Detail oriented, excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
• Strong organizational and analytical skills
• Strong time management skills and ability to handle multiple projects/tasks
• Accuracy and attention to detail at a top level
• Strong ability to adapt to change
• Keep a polished and professional appearance
