We are currently seeking an entry-level, full-time Reception/Front Desk Team Member who is ambitious, articulate and customer-service oriented to represent ESI International and its sister companies, Huthwaite and Omega Performance, in a professional business manner. The ideal candidate will have excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as the ability to provide administrative support on a variety of company-wide tasks. Key Responsibilities
Answer incoming telephone calls and field accordingly, transferring to the appropriate individuals or departments.
Welcome, assist and direct office guests as needed.
Assist with follow up with course evaluations from students and instructors.
Prepare conference rooms for meetings, make coffee, and manage internal catering requests.
Perform administrative tasks including data entry to fulfill customer requests.
Assist with quality control processes in date entry systems.
Field facility requests for ESI headquarters as needed.
Manage kitchen supply inventory for all break areas.
Assist with a variety of company-wide projects.
Required Skills
Must speak clearly and concisely with a pleasant tone of voice.
Strong customer service skills.
Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Must be assertive and self-sufficient when appropriate.
Proficiency with MS Office.
Must be able to work flexible hours
Regular work hours: Mon to Thurs - 9:30am to 6pm; Fri - 9am to 5:30pm
Required Experience
1-2 years experience as a Receptionist/Operator preferred.
Must have a High School diploma; Bachelor’s Degree preferred
