This person should provide a five-star welcome and departure for our guests. They will answer and respond to guest phone calls and ensure that all check-ins and check-outs are completed in a warm and professional manner.
Responsibilities include running and printing daily reports and reconciling the daily count of cash drawers at the beginning and end of their shift. They will present each guest with a master bill including accurate descriptions of each item on the bill. The Front Desk will assist the Accounting Department with billing discrepancies and help with additional tasks that management needs in order to run a smooth and successful operation.
All applicants should be comfortable using computers, have excellent communication skills, and have the ability to work weekends, nights, and holidays.
